In Settings, set your target hourly rate — the number your business actually needs per hour on site.
- When a finished job worked out below that rate, the Today feed tells you plainly: which job, what it ran at, what your target is. Coaching, never scolding.
- When you quote work whose cost your price book knows, the quote assistant warns you if the price wouldn’t clearly cover the cost with room to spare.
No target set? The coach stays quiet.
