On the Team plan, Settings has a “Your crew” card. Put in a name and a mobile number — they get a text with a link, create a login in under a minute, and they're on the crew.
What a crew member sees
- Their day: the visits assigned to them, in order, with the address and the access notes.
- The job checklist — ticking a task stamps who did it and when, permanently.
- Costs and receipts on their assigned jobs — margin stays live while they work.
What they never see
Prices, quotes, invoices, your money screens, your customer book, the customer's phone number, or anyone else's day. Questions route through you. That's enforced on the server, not hidden in the app.
Good to know: Team includes 5 seats, you included. Removing someone frees the seat immediately — their history stays on the record.
